We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. We process orders between Monday-Friday and do not ship on weekends.
Our main warehouses are in the EU and North America. For mailing in other regions, please contact our mailbox services@erayaktech.com for confirming whether it can be delivered.
For orders outside the EU, we require 7 days for transit.
If the goods are not delivered for more than 3 days, please contact us to find out the specific reasons and make a decision according to your own situation. We will unconditionally cancel the order for the undelivered products.
