We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. We process orders between Monday-Friday and do not ship on weekends.

Our main warehouses are in the EU and North America. For mailing in other regions, please contact our mailbox for confirming whether it can be delivered.

For orders outside the EU, we require 7 days for transit.

If the goods are not delivered for more than 3 days, please contact us to find out the specific reasons and make a decision according to your own situation. We will unconditionally cancel the order for the undelivered products.

      Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

      It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
